- Put some ghee in a pan and crush the cardomon and let it come to splutter .Shut the flame
- Pour 2 cups wheat flour in the pan and stir it on low flame for 10 mins until it becomes golden brown
- Make a sugar syrup one thread consistency and keep it aside
- After the wheat is turned golden brown add the dryfruits and sugar syrup.on low flame Mix it well for 5 minutes
- Turn off the gas .take a aluminium cake tin .grease it well.Pour the mixture in the tin and spread the dryfruits as toppings let it cool down and cut into square pieces
