- Take a pen and boil the water, when water start boiling add rice noodles and boil them.
- Take off the water and put the noodles into white cotton cloth and hung it for 2 minutes.
- Add 1 spoon oil on it and mix well. Heat the pen and roast the paneer cubes.
- Take out the panner pieces and sauté bell peppers.
- Take out bell peppers and sauté cabbage and green onion.
- Keep all things separate.
- Heat the pen and add green garlic, roasted peanuts and roast them for 5 minutes.
- Add noodles and mix them well.
- Add red chili sauce, green chili sauce, soya sauce, noodles masala and salt.
- At last add lemon juice and then add paneer, sauted vegetables and serve it into bowl.
