Ingredients

  • Rice noodles 200 grams
  • Bell pepper (mix colour) 1/2 cup
  • Paneer 200 grams
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Green onions 1 cup
  • Roasted peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 1 teaspoons
  • Red chilli sauce 1 teaspoons
  • Green chilli sauce 1 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Vinegar or lemon juice 1/2 teaspoons
  • Noodles masala 1 teaspoons

Instructions

  • Take a pen and boil the water, when water start boiling add rice noodles and boil them.
  • Take off the water and put the noodles into white cotton cloth and hung it for 2 minutes.
  • Add 1 spoon oil on it and mix well. Heat the pen and roast the paneer cubes.
  • Take out the panner pieces and sauté bell peppers.
  • Take out bell peppers and sauté cabbage and green onion.
  • Keep all things separate.
  • Heat the pen and add green garlic, roasted peanuts and roast them for 5 minutes.
  • Add noodles and mix them well.
  • Add red chili sauce, green chili sauce, soya sauce, noodles masala and salt.
  • At last add lemon juice and then add paneer, sauted vegetables and serve it into bowl.
