- Squeeze the soya chunks well and grind it into a fine keema, Add all the ingredients and mix it well.
- Heat the oil and put a small portion of kebab mixture in it ,if it is not properly bound it will open in the oil. in that case mix more roasted besan into the mixture...
- Now heat the coal properly and put it in a small bowl. Put that coal bowl into the kebab mixture bowl , pour desi ghee over it and cover it immediately.
- Leave it like that for a couple of minutes . This process will give your kebab a smoky flavor.
- Now give your kebab a proper shape / arrange them on a Seekh . Shallow fry them on medium flame.
- Garnish them with green coriander and onion and serve hot with your choice of dip.
