- 1.Grind coconut with little water ,green chilies.
- Take milk out of Coconut grinding by adding water little by little ,this mixer doesn’t need to be very runny keep it thick.
- Add Kokum water
- Add salt and sugar ,mix well
- Add coriander leaves ,keep it in fridge to chill for 1-2 hrs
- Serve chilled,typically with seafood or Biryanis
