Ingredients

  • Coconut 2
  • Kokum soaked in warm water 7-8
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Coriandar 2-3 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Salt As per taste

Instructions

  • 1.Grind coconut with little water ,green chilies.
  • Take milk out of Coconut grinding by adding water little by little ,this mixer doesn’t need to be very runny keep it thick.
  • Add Kokum water
  • Add salt and sugar ,mix well
  • Add coriander leaves ,keep it in fridge to chill for 1-2 hrs
  • Serve chilled,typically with seafood or Biryanis

Notes/Tips

This is a special summer cooler since it had coconut and kokum both bring cooling effect and help in digestion
