- Heat ghee n roast Gram Flour n Maida. Keep flame low n set aside.
- Boil Water n Sugar till 2.5 String Consistency.
- Pour Sugar Mixture directly over Warm Flour mixture. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Spread it over Flat greased Tin & let it cool.
- Cut slices when warm n garnish with Pistachio n Almond.
