  • Raw green papaya 200gms
  • Carrot 100gms
  • Red and green bell pepper 100gms
  • Chicken breast Boneless 250gms
  • Ginger garlic paste Half teaspoon
  • Pepper powder One forth teaspoon
  • Salt Half teaspoon
  • Water 400c.c
  • Sunflower oil One Forth Teaspoon
  • Minced Ginger garlic Half Teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoob
  • Green chilli 3
  • Dark soya sauce One Forth Teaspoon
  • Onion 100gms
  • Cornflower 3tablespoon

  • Preparation of chicken stock and Shredded pieces
  • Preparation of vegetables
  • Final cooking

Notes/Tips

Vegetables should not be fully boiled. Onion ( purple) , papaya ( golden), capsicum (red and green), carrot ( orange) color should be retained. Can be taken as meal.
