  • Soya Chunks 200 gm
  • Peas 100 gm
  • Tomato (slices) 10 gm
  • Ginger slice 5 gm
  • Coconut slices 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Curd 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard Oil 7 Tsp
  • Potato 5 gm
  • Salt and sugar

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes before cooking. Pour water in bowl. Put the Soya chunks for boiling. After boiling for 3-5 minutes, drain out the water. Pour cold water on them. Squeeze the chunks and take out on a plate.
  • Pour Oil in pan. Put the potatoes for frying. Once potatoes become golden, add soya chunks and peas. Continue frying in medium flame.
  • Chop Tomato into slices. Put it in blender. Add coconut slices and ginger Slice as well. Make paste. Put the paste in pan. Cook till raw smell goes away.Take curd in a bowl. Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder. Make paste and put it in pan as well.
  • Lower the flame and cook till raw smell goes away. Add water. Cook in High flame and wait till water starts boiling. Wait till water absorbs the flavour. Sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking

Notes/Tips

Boil soya chunks, then fry them in oil before putting masala. If curd not available, make paste with water before adding the spice in curry.
