In a bowl take ghee, Chilly powder, garam masala, salt, coriander leaves mixed well and keep aside. In a mixie jar take chopped tomato, garlic, ginger, jeera, salt, curd grind fine paste put into the bowl add wheat flour make a dough spread the oil into the dough and devided the small ball. Roll into chappathi and spread the chilly paste and fold and roll into chappathi. cooked on medium flame both side cooked with ghee properly. . Special paratha is good to serve with curd or white chutney.
