- Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and stir for 30 seconds.
- Now put finely chopped onions and cook For 5-6 minutes till onions are golden brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for one minute.
- Add spices - haldi, lal mirchi, dhania powder. Stir for one minute.
- Now add tomatoes and cook them for 5-6 minutes till they are soft. Add salt as per taste.
- After the tomatoes get soft, add paneer cubes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish the dish with coriander leaves. Serve the dish hot with rotis.
