  • Paneer 200 gms
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Haldi 1/4 tsp
  • Kashmiri lal mirchi 1/2 tsp
  • Dhania powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Jeera 1 tsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Schezwan sauce 1.5 tsp
  • Coriander 20 Gms

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Now put finely chopped onions and cook For 5-6 minutes till onions are golden brown.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for one minute.
  • Add spices - haldi, lal mirchi, dhania powder. Stir for one minute.
  • Now add tomatoes and cook them for 5-6 minutes till they are soft. Add salt as per taste.
  • After the tomatoes get soft, add paneer cubes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish the dish with coriander leaves. Serve the dish hot with rotis.
