Spinach Hummus

  • Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
  • Spinach 40 grams
  • Garlic clove 1 units
  • Tahini sauce 1 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper 1/2 teaspoons

Instructions

  • Add chickpeas, spinach, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, and all the seasonings to the a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • While blending, slowly add in the olive oil through the pour jar until hummus is creamy and smooth.
  • Garnish with a few leaves of spinach and a drizzle of olive oil.
