Ingredients

  • Rice cooked 1 cup
  • Spinach puree 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoons
  • Ghee or oil 1 tablespoons
  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoons
  • Pulav masala 1 teaspoons
  • Garlic cloves for garnishing
  • Red chilli for garnishing
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil, Add ginger, chilli, garlic paste n sauté fr 1 min. Add spinach purée n cooked rice, Mix well.
  • Add salt, Garam Masala,Pulav masala n mix lightly. Cook on low heat fr 2 min.
  • Top with fried garlic cloves n red chilli to serve.
