- Heat oil, Add ginger, chilli, garlic paste n sauté fr 1 min. Add spinach purée n cooked rice, Mix well.
- Add salt, Garam Masala,Pulav masala n mix lightly. Cook on low heat fr 2 min.
- Top with fried garlic cloves n red chilli to serve.
