- First cut the paneer in cube size,take a bowl and put it in.Then mastard seeds,poppy seeds take in a bowl together with water and keep for 15mints.
- After strain the all water and put the all seeds in the mixer with 1 green chilli and mixed it in a paste.
- Then take a stainless steel round or square tiffin box and pour the all paste with cube paneer with pinch of turmeric powder,salt and sugar and mixed with hand evenly.
- After pour the mastard oil over the paneer mixer with green chilli and cover the tiffin box.Placed it in the cooler or vessel with water (water level should be 2 inch bottom of the pan).
- In cooker after 2 whistle open the cooker and check the paneer it properly cook or not . In vessel till the water vaporized more than before the water level.
