- Marinate Tofu with Soy sauce,salt,pepper n cornflour. Keep in fridge for 20 min.
- Shallow fry it.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok ,add ginger garlic , onion ,Carrots, bell peppers ,spinach And stir fry on high heat.Add salt n pepper to taste.
- Take Tofu and Stir Fry veggies in a bowl.
- Make a sauce using, Soya Sauce,sesame seed, Oil, water & cornflour. Just cook until thickens. Pour over Tofu n Veggies to serve.
