Ingredients

  • Tofu 100 grams
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoons
  • Oil 1 tablespoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • Corn flour 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds 1 teaspoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoons
  • Carrots as per taste
  • Bell pepper as per taste
  • Spring onions as per taste
  • Spinach as per taste
  • Broccoli as per taste

Instructions

  • Marinate Tofu with Soy sauce,salt,pepper n cornflour. Keep in fridge for 20 min.
  • Shallow fry it.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok ,add ginger garlic , onion ,Carrots, bell peppers ,spinach And stir fry on high heat.Add salt n pepper to taste.
  • Take Tofu and Stir Fry veggies in a bowl.
  • Make a sauce using, Soya Sauce,sesame seed, Oil, water & cornflour. Just cook until thickens. Pour over Tofu n Veggies to serve.
