- Wash, peel and cut the potatoes in small cubes. In a non-stick pan, put some oil and stir fry the potatoes. Once it is done, move it to one side and add the garlic and sauté.
- Now combine the potatoes and sautéed garlic and add salt (to taste only), italian seasonings, paprika and mix well. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Before serving, melt some butter and drizzle over it.
