  • Alphanso Mango 3
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 Tbsp
  • Milk powder 2 Tbsp
  • Chopped nuts 3 Tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 Tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 Tsp

Instructions

  • Cut top part of mango then carefully with help of knife loosen the seed. You can remove little pulp to make deseeding process easier. Once seed is removed add the pulp again to mango bowl.
  • Boil milk for 5 mins on medium flame. Then add sugar, cardamom powder, chopped nuts & mix well.
  • In a bowl add corn flour, milk powder with 2 tbsp of milk to make paste. Then add this paste in milk & stir continuously for 7-8 mins.
  • Now pour this mixture in mango bowl & keep in freezer for 8-10 HRS. Once it is set peel mango skin & cut in round slices & serve the stuffed kulfi.

Carefully deseed mango with knife.
