  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Salt Pinch
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Curd 1/2cup
  • Butter/refined oil 1/4cup
  • Vanila essnce 1/4 tea spoon
  • Eno 1 paacket/5gm
  • Dry fruits mix 1/4cup

Instructions

  • Take a mixer jar andmix suji and sugar and just grind it ..we want a dry but thin mixture.pour it in a bowl and add curd,milk,butter and salt and mix it well.keep aside for 10 min for rest.now pre heat a cooker and keep a jali in it..after 10 min suji Wale

  • When your cake is ready .mcool it completely..your healthy cake is ready.enjoy with tea❤️

Keep your gas flame low to medium.keep your cake completely cool down then cut into pieces..
