  • Potatoes, boiled peeled and diced 2 cup
  • Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoons
  • Chopped ginger 2 teaspoons
  • Chopped chillies 2 teaspoons
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 tablespoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Amchur powder 1/2 teaspoons

Instructions

  • Add cumin seeds, ginger, chillies and turmeric powder to hot oil and saute everything until mixed well.
  • Add red chilli powder and keep stirring on low flame.
  • Add salt and remaining spices and mix.
  • Cook for 3 minutes and take it off heat.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
  • Enjoy your meal!
