Ingredients

  • Red Love apple 4 nos
  • Ice Apple 3no
  • Avacados 1no
  • Green apple 1no
  • Beans Sprouts 50gm
  • Cherry tomatoes 30gm
  • Jalapenos 10gm
  • Roasted walnuts 10gm
  • Pickled red Cabbage 20gm
  • Romaine lettuce 30gm
  • Iceberg lettuce 10gm
  • Kale 10gm
  • Lime wedges 1no
  • Minty Ranch Dressing 50ml

Instructions

  • 1.Rinse and dry lettuce, then remove outer leaves and core. Cut into bite-sized pieces and place on a platter or shallow serving bowl.
  • 2.Rinse and halve tomatoes. Place on top of the lettuce to one side of the bowl. Slice eggs(optional) and place next to the tomatoes in a line. Cut avocado in half, remove from skin and then chop or slice.
  • Slice or dice ice apple, green apple red cabbage, and love apples place on salad next to avocado. Crumble wallnuts and place next to the avacado.Arrange beans sprout in a line next to green apple .
  • Serve with minty ranch dressing on the side.
  • To make ranch dressing Take  1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon minced garlic  1 teaspoon lemon juice  1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper  1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper  3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced* 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced*  1 teaspoon fresh chives, minced* Mix all the ingredients together and serve with salad
