Ingredients

  • Milk 500 ml
  • Gms powder 1.5 tbs
  • Cmc powder 1/2t
  • Corn flour 1.5 tbs
  • Milkmaid 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 200 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1-2 drops
  • Blue pea flowers 1/4 cup
  • Plain cheese spread 2 tbs
  • Rose petals 2tbs
  • Gulkand 1 tbs
  • Decicated coconut 2 tbs
  • Rose essence and colour
  • Moringa powder 1 tbs
  • Pista powder 2 tbs
  • Dark chocolate
  • Mix dry fruits
  • Cheese
  • COCONUT
  • Chocolate chips
  • Chocolate sauce

Instructions

  • all add Gms powder, cmc powder and cornflour in milk and blend for 1 minute than add milkmaid and boil it. Stirring continuesly till it boil. Now let it cool down. Keep in freezer for 6 hours. Now add fresh cream and beat it with electric bitter for 10 min
  • For Rosy coconut icecream add rose petals, gulkand decicated coconut, rose essence & color.set in freezer for 3 to 4 hour.
  • For moringa pista icecream..add moringa powder,pista powder and vanilla essence. Set in freezer.
  • For cheezy blue pea icecream add blue pea flowers when u boil the milk.And add cheese spread with fresh cream while beat the icecream.
  • Decorate with dry fruits, cheese, decicated coconut,pista, chocolate chips & chocolate sauce.
