  • Papaya 1
  • Mango 1 cup
  • Avocado 1
  • Pineapple 1/2 Cup
  • Coriander 1/2 Cup
  • Raspberries 1/2 Cup
  • Blueberries 1/4 cup

Instructions

  • Mix the papaya, mango, avocado and pineapple. Add the coriander to the fruit mix. For the dressing: Crush 1/4 cup raspberries Mix together with ingredients for the dressing. Stir the dressing into the fruit mix.
  • Toss the cheese, blueberries, remaining 1/4 cup raspberries and walnuts on top. Serve and enjoy!
