- Heat pan , Add Oil, add Mustard seeds and jeera let crackle it.
- Add curry leaves, peanuts saute it. Add onion.
- Saute all for 3 min. Add green chilli stir well. Add turmeric powder.
- Add pinch of Sugar , add lemon juice, mix well.
- Add in pan puffed rice (soaked in water) Squeeze it. Remove all excess water from it.
- Add salt and roasted chana powder and mix well. Cover for 1 min.
- Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
