Ingredients

  • Puffed Rice(kurmure) soaked in water 4 cups
  • Onion 2 medium chopped
  • Green chilli 1 chopped
  • Coriander leaves 2tbsp chopped
  • Turmeric 2tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Peanuts 2tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2tsp
  • Roasted chana powder 3 tsp
  • Curry leaves 1tsp
  • Oil 3tbsp
  • Jeera 1tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • Heat pan , Add Oil, add Mustard seeds and jeera let crackle it.
  • Add curry leaves, peanuts saute it. Add onion.
  • Saute all for 3 min. Add green chilli stir well. Add turmeric powder.
  • Add pinch of Sugar , add lemon juice, mix well.
  • Add in pan puffed rice (soaked in water) Squeeze it. Remove all excess water from it.
  • Add salt and roasted chana powder and mix well. Cover for 1 min.
  • Add coriander leaves and serve hot.

Notes/Tips

Puffed rice just add in water soake it and remove it from water and Squeeze.
