- Cut the beet into thin circle. Boil them for 5 mints or until get soft so that it can be easily fold with rabri stuffing. If u wish you can add 2tsp sugar into the boiling water.
- Now for instant rabri first remove the crust of the bread slices and discard. Grind them into fine powder.
- Bring the milk into boil in a non stick pan, add bread crumbs and milkmaid, mix well. Cook approx 8 to 15 mints on midum flame while stirring continuously and scrapping the sides of the pan. Add dry fruits of your choice.
- Cook into thick rabri. Allow to cool completely, refrigerate for 2 to 3 hrs. Now fold the slice of the beet filled with rabri, stick the both part with by tooth pick and allow them to set in freeze for 30 mints.
- Plate them and remove the pick.
