- Take a bowl add gram flour and add water in it and mix it well.
- Put the batter aside for 15-20 minutes. After that, add in more water to adjust the consistency for a flowing consistency batter.
- Now heat up ghee in high flame, once hot take boondijhara or normal jharaand keep it about 4 inches above the ghee and pour in some batter to the khara.
- Let them cook for a minute.
- Now clean the jhara& repeat the procedure to make some other boondis.
- In last,Divide the batter in two different bowl and add orange color in one bowl & green color to another bowl and make boondis.
- Once theboondis are ready, add almonds,pistachio and cardamom powder and mix it.
- For sugar syrup: take a pan, add in the sugar and water and heat in medium flame. Once it gets boiling add saffron strands and cardamom powder in it.
- Boil the syrup in medium flame until the small bubbles surfacing in the syrup turns into large bubbles and when a drop of syrup added to a bowl full of water settles. Turn off the flame, add in 1-1 ½tbsp of water and mix well.
- Add in the boondi mixture and start mixing it bottom to top.
- Garnish with chopped almonds,pistachio and cardamom powder.
