- Ombine yogurt and sugar in a blender jar and blend 2 minutes.
- Add ice and blend for 2 minutes more.
- Cut the lemon and add the juice of half of it.
- Add lemon rind and blend again for 2 minutes.
- Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
Try this Punjab originated frothy yogurt based drink. Very easy to make yet extremely delicious, to have extra flavor add a pinch of cardamom powder or rose essence.
