- Preheat the oven to 200*C and lightly spray oil on a baking sheet. Cut the sweet potatoes into 2 to 3 inches long strips about 1/4 in width. In a large mixing bowl, add the sweet potatoes and olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
- Line the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet and sprinkle with half of the salt and bake for 15-20 minutes or until slightly crisp. Flip the fries, sprinkle the remaining salt and continue “baking for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and fork-tender.
- Once they are done, sprinkle the peri peri masala and toss until evenly coated. Serve hot.
