- For the topping heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion and sauté for few minutes.
- Add tomato pulp, tomato ketchup, chili powder, red chili flakes, oregano, sugar and salt as per taste.
- Add the boiled and cooked rajme. Mix well and mash it lightly with a masher.
- Cook on medium flame for few minutes and stir properly. Set aside.
- To arrange taco, fill a taco shell with the topping. Arrange few shredded lettuce leaves and grated cheese.
- Fill all the taco shells and serve in a plate with salsa, olives and green sauce.
