Ingredients

  • Tamarind 1/4 cup
  • Dates 1/4 cup
  • Jaggery 1/2 cup
  • Water 1.25 cup
  • Black salt To taste
  • Ice cube Optional
  • Mint leaves Optional

Instructions

  • In 1.25 cup of water boil tamarind, jaggery and dates for 4-5 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Make pury of it. If you want you can strain it, else use as it is.
  • Now in shot glass add ice cube, 3 tbsp of pury , black salt and water. Mix well.
  • Garnish with mint leave and relish.

Notes/Tips

If you want to strain the pury you can else use as it is.
