Ingredients

  • Broccoli 250 grams
  • Hung curd 3tbsp
  • Garlic grated 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes and Oregano 5gms
  • Salt
  • Butter 1tbsp
  • Garam masala
  • Edible flowers

Instructions

  • Take broccoli and parboiled it.
  • Marignation take bowl and add haung curd,now at broccoli and grated garlic, oregano and chilli flakes salt ,garam masala and little butter or mustard oil.
  • Non stick Pan at butter then add marinated broccoli and roast it till golden brown .
  • Season it with mixed herbs and edible flowers.

Notes/Tips

After parboiled add broccoli straight to chilled water.
