- Boil the Noodles till cooked Soak the mushrooms in boiled water
- Chop the yellow, red bell pepper, capsicum into thin slices and ginger and green chillies into very small pieces. The mushrooms to be cut into small pieces
- Add olive oil and when warm saute the mushrooms, ginger and green chillies till slightly golden.
- Add a tspoon of soya sauce, ketchup, red chillie sauce, salt, black pepper according to taste and mix it in the sauce mushrooms. Add 4 tablespoon of water and let it boil. Add cornflour to a tspoon of water. Mix will mushroom to a sauce consistency.
- Take olive oil in wok, saute bellboepper, capsicum ,cabbage, ginger, green chillies. Add noodlesand mix. Then add sauces, salt and black pepper and mix well. Noodles are ready.
- To serve takecthe Noodles in the bowl or plate and either top it up or place the mushrooms on the side. Mushy , tangy mushrooms with pad Thai ready to eat.
