Tangy Mushroom in Desi Pad Thai

Ingredients

  • Pad Thai / flat noodled 250gm
  • Diced Mushroom 1 cup
  • Yellow Bell pepper 1/2
  • Red bell pepper 1/2
  • Capsicum 1/2
  • Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 3 tsp
  • Pizza pasta sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoon
  • Red chilli sauce 2tsp
  • White vinegar 2Tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Blackpepper 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 1tablespoon
  • Green chillies 2

Instructions

  • Boil the Noodles till cooked Soak the mushrooms in boiled water
  • Chop the yellow, red bell pepper, capsicum into thin slices and ginger and green chillies into very small pieces. The mushrooms to be cut into small pieces
  • Add olive oil and when warm saute the mushrooms, ginger and green chillies till slightly golden.
  • Add a tspoon of soya sauce, ketchup, red chillie sauce, salt, black pepper according to taste and mix it in the sauce mushrooms. Add 4 tablespoon of water and let it boil. Add cornflour to a tspoon of water. Mix will mushroom to a sauce consistency.
  • Take olive oil in wok, saute bellboepper, capsicum ,cabbage, ginger, green chillies. Add noodlesand mix. Then add sauces, salt and black pepper and mix well. Noodles are ready.
  • To serve takecthe Noodles in the bowl or plate and either top it up or place the mushrooms on the side. Mushy , tangy mushrooms with pad Thai ready to eat.

Notes/Tips

The use of sauces and chillies depends on how tangy you want to make.
