Ingredients

  • Paneer 200 grams
  • Curd 3 tablespoons
  • Garam masala, corrinder,PdJeera pd each 1 tablespoons
  • Ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoons
  • Chat masala 1 teaspoons
  • Salt and chilly powder as per taste
  • Kasturi methi and fresh corrinder each 1 tablespoons
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • finely chopped big sized Tomato and onion 1 units

Instructions

  • For Marination :Add curd,salt, chilly powder 1/2tbsp garam masala and paneer cubes in a bowl for 30 minutes.
  • Procedure: Heat the oil in tawa, add onions and tomatoes and cook till they become soft
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and saute. Add coriander powder,jeera powder, chat masala,1/2 tsp garam masala, salt and chilly powder. Fry until it leaves oil.
  • Add 2tbsp water and stir. Add marinated Paneer and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Finally add crushed kasuri methi and fresh coriander. Serve

Notes/Tips

Check salt and add, as salt is already added in paneer.
