  • Grated Paneer 1cup
  • Minced tender Coconut 1/2 c
  • Gulkand 1/4 c
  • Aniseed 1tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1tsp
  • Betel leaves 3/4

Instructions

  • Saute grated Paneer and Gulkand in a pan for 3 mins Blend it in a mixer with betel leaves,Aniseed, cardamom Powder and knead it into a Dough.Cool The mix. Add 1tbsp Gulkand to minced tender Coconut, make 7-8 small balls. Cover the Balls with paneer mix .

Notes/Tips

Use fresh Paneer only Saute for 3-4 mins only so the mixture isn't too dry/wet. Cool the blended paneer mixture before shaping.
