  • Tender coconut 1
  • Sugar 2 -3 tsp
  • Agar agar 1tsp

Instructions

  • Procedure: In a bowl add tender coconut water. Add 2 tsp of sugar, followed by 1tsp of agar agar powder. Mix all ingredients well. Boil the mixture until it comes to boil and agar agar powder is dissolved completely in the coconut water.
  • Ones it comes for boil leave it to cool down completely. Pour in dessert cup garnish with the tender coconut pieces. Keep it in the refrigerator to set completely for 10 to 15 mins.

Notes/Tips

Strain the tender coconut water before adding sugar and agar agar powder. Don't waste the Malayi( tender coconut) use it for decorating the pudding. Don't add more agar agar powder than the recipes, pudding will become hard. Add 1 or 2 tsp more sugar as per your taste and necessity.
