Ingredients

  • Maida 200grms
  • Corn flour 8 grms
  • Baking powder 1/2tsp
  • Thandai powder 2tsp
  • Thandai syrup 2tbsp
  • Elaichi powder 1tsp
  • Butter 200grms
  • Icing sugar 60grms
  • Milk chocolate compound 80grms
  • Chopped pistachio 30grms

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 180 degree celcius ,line the baking tray with parchment sheet and set aside
  • In a bowl whisk maida,corn flour,baking powder,thandai powder and cardamom powder
  • In another bowl take butter, icing sugar and Thandai syrup using the electric mixer until it's fluppy and light color. Stir in the flour mixer and mix it with spatula properly. If feel the mixer it's bit dry,add some milk and make some smooth batter.
  • Put the mixer in piping bag and shape it on the baking tray....bake for 10mints in 180degree. Always keep an eye on the cookies if it will not bake from edges,bake few minutes more when it will turn brown.It depends on temperature of the microwave.
  • Meanwhile take chocolate in microwave safe bowl and melt in every 30sec interval till the chocolate will be melted properly.
  • Once the biscuit cool down,take the biscuit and dip it in the melted chocolate one side ad sprinkle over the chopped pistachio and dry rose petals.

Always biscuit keep in airtight container.
