Ingredients

  • Milk 500ml
  • Sugar 3tbsp
  • Rasgullas 8 pieces
  • Cardamom powder 1/2tspn
  • Thandai masala 2 tbspn
  • Saffron strands Pinch

Instructions

  • Boil milk with sugar for 6 - 8 Mins on medium flame. Add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for another 4-5 mins. Remove from flame. Let it cool. Add thandai masala and rasgulla. Chill. In a serving shot glass drizzle rose syrup pour chilled rasmalai.

Notes/Tips

Top the shots with little thandai masala and garnish with saffron strands.
