- Boil milk with sugar for 6 - 8 Mins on medium flame. Add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for another 4-5 mins. Remove from flame. Let it cool. Add thandai masala and rasgulla. Chill. In a serving shot glass drizzle rose syrup pour chilled rasmalai.
