- Mix milk and lime juice rest it for 5 mint
- Then mix first all wet ingredients and sieves all dry ingredients in wet ingredients..and mix well with cut and fold method till smooth batter
- Then pre heat the oven 180 ' c n bake it for 30 min
- After baking cool it completely n soak two times with thandai milk it will absorb 500g of it and rmaining will used in serving and icing it with whipped cream garnish with pistachios n rose patti
- Serve it chilled with milk
