  • Til 1cup
  • Jaggery 1/2cup
  • Ghee 1spoon

Instructions

  • Roast the til in a pan until it gives fragrance. Take it out and put 1/2cup of Jaggery in a pan on medium flame.
  • Let it melt properly And boil it until it becomes one string consistency.
  • Add ghee to it and turn the gas off. Now make ladoos with the mixture. Don't let it cool. Til ladoo is ready.

Notes/Tips

Make ladoos with warm mixture otherwise the ladoos will not form.
