- Grate the tofu and keep aside.
- In a pan, heat some oil or ghee and add cumin seeds until they sizzle.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry on slow flame until the raw smell disappears.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes with salt, haldi, chilli powder and stir fry until the masala emanates a fragrance.
- Add the grated tofu and cook until mushy.
- Top with fresh coriander leaves, garam masala and serve hot with paratha or toast.
