- Heat oil in a pressure cooker, saute mustard seeds, peanuts, cashew nuts, onion, ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves in hot oil.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, rice and salt and 2 cups of water. Pressure cook it for 2 whistles. Turn off the heat and let it cool for 10 min.
- Mix well and garnish it with mint and coriander leaves and serve hot.
