- 1. Simmer the blended lychees on low heat along with the thick coconut milk, few cardamom pods and cream for around 8 to 10 mins.
- 2. Add sugar into the simmering mixture. Please adjust according to your taste.
- 3. Then add the powdered gelatin, which had been soaked in warm water, to the fruit mixture.
- 4. Pour them in moulds and leave them in room temperature to cool.
- 5. Now refrigerate for 2-3 hrs till set.
- 6. Add mango chunks for garnish and serve cold.
