Ingredients

  • Fresh lychees(de-seeded & blended) 600gm
  • Thick coconut milk 300ml
  • Green cardamom pods 5
  • Cream 200ml
  • Castor Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Gelatin 2 tbsp
  • Mango 1

Instructions

  • 1. Simmer the blended lychees on low heat along with the thick coconut milk, few cardamom pods and cream for around 8 to 10 mins.
  • 2. Add sugar into the simmering mixture. Please adjust according to your taste.
  • 3. Then add the powdered gelatin, which had been soaked in warm water, to the fruit mixture.
  • 4. Pour them in moulds and leave them in room temperature to cool.
  • 5. Now refrigerate for 2-3 hrs till set.
  • 6. Add mango chunks for garnish and serve cold.

Notes/Tips

Tinned lychees can also be used instead of fresh ones.
