Ingredients

  • Fresh turmeric 50 grams
  • Ginger 30 grams
  • Lemons 2 units
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoons

Instructions

  • Peel Fresh Turmeric & Ginger in a bowl.
  • Add it to blender & squeeze lemon juice. Add pepper powder and blend on high.
  • If paste is too thick, add water/lemon juice.
  • Squeeze mixture from muslin cloth into bowl.
  • Pour in glass container,store it in fridge for about 10 days.
  • Use diluted with 1 c of water to 1 tbsp of concentrate
