Ingredients

  • Urad dal flour 500 grams
  • Salt as per taste
  • Papad khar 1 teaspoons
  • Hing 1 teaspoons
  • Black pepper 2 teaspoons
  • Oil 4 teaspoons

Instructions

  • Heat Water in a pan. Add Papad khar, Salt & Hing. Mix well. Let it cool.
  • In a bowl, add Urad Dal flour & Black Pepper.
  • Add Water & made a thick sticky dough.
  • Knead & stretch well using Oil & Water if needed.
  • Let the dough rest for an hour.
  • Roll the dough into small balls.
  • Roll it into thin round shape. Let it dry for 2 days on a dry surface. Flip it once.
  • Store in air tight container.
