- Heat Water in a pan. Add Papad khar, Salt & Hing. Mix well. Let it cool.
- In a bowl, add Urad Dal flour & Black Pepper.
- Add Water & made a thick sticky dough.
- Knead & stretch well using Oil & Water if needed.
- Let the dough rest for an hour.
- Roll the dough into small balls.
- Roll it into thin round shape. Let it dry for 2 days on a dry surface. Flip it once.
- Store in air tight container.
