Ingredients

  • Semolina /Rawa 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Water 1. 5 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Tomatoes 2 medium chopped
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leafs 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Sambhar masala 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup 2 tsp

Instructions

  • In a bowl add Yogurt, Semolina and water and make a smooth batter.
  • Then add salt and baking powder and mix and then add chopped onions and tomatoes and then pour this into muffins moulds. I have used silicon cupcakes moulds.
  • Bake it in preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes @170.c
  • For Tangy Tomato chuttney In a pan heat oil then add mustard seeds and curry leafs then add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook till it become soft.
  • Then add sugar, salt, Red chilli powder and sambhar masala and cool it down little bit and grind it till it become smooth.
  • Once muffins are baked then serve it with tangy Tomato chuttney.

Notes/Tips

Do not over bake, after 10 min check by inserting a toothpick if its clean then its baked.
