- In a bowl add Yogurt, Semolina and water and make a smooth batter.
- Then add salt and baking powder and mix and then add chopped onions and tomatoes and then pour this into muffins moulds. I have used silicon cupcakes moulds.
- Bake it in preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes @170.c
- For Tangy Tomato chuttney In a pan heat oil then add mustard seeds and curry leafs then add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook till it become soft.
- Then add sugar, salt, Red chilli powder and sambhar masala and cool it down little bit and grind it till it become smooth.
- Once muffins are baked then serve it with tangy Tomato chuttney.
