Ingredients

  • Leftover biryani 1 plate
  • Semolina fine grained 8-10
  • ginger 1 inch
  • Garlic 5 pods
  • coriander 1/4 bunch
  • Salt half spoon
  • Cumin seeds half tea spoon
  • Asafoetida half tea spoon

Instructions

  • Grind the leftover biryani or fried rice or any other rice dish in a mixer
  • Add fine Semolina powder(rawa/sooji) and the spices as per taste
  • roll into cylindrical balls and deep fry
  • Crispy veg biryani cutlets are ready!

Notes/Tips

1) You can use any leftover rice dish 2) adding bread crumbs powder (homemade) can make these crispier 3) Sprinkle chat masala before serving.
