- Take a boiled chickpea in a bowl, remove the skin and mesh it. Add boiled carrot, peas and finely chopped French beans in it.
- Add salt, black pepper powder, finely chopped green chilies, garam masala, pavbhaji masala, 1 spoon olive oil and mix it well.
- Add breadcrumbs as required and make balls and give it a tikki shape and shallow fry them in a oil.
- Serve hot chickpea tikki with green chutney and salad.
