  • Carrot (finely chopped) ¼ cup
  • Cabbage (finely chopped) ¼ cup
  • Capsicum ( finely chopped ) ¼ cup
  • Onion (finely chopped) ¼ cup
  • corn seeds(boiled and chopped) 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Chillies (finely Chopped ) 2 tbsp
  • Corn/plain flour 4-5 tbsp
  • Boiled Potatoes ¼ cup
  • Paneer (grated) ¼ cup
  • Pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
  • breadcrumbs (optional) 2 tbsp
  • spring onion(for garnishing) 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds(for garnishing) 1 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes and grill for 15 to 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius in the grill function. You can also grill it in grill pan.

Notes/Tips

This hot kebab can be served with schezwan sauce. You can add corn flour or breadcrumbs if the mixture prepared is too soft. Squeeze excess water from vegetables after chopping if required. This can be yummy party appetizer.
