- Mix the all purpose flour and salt in a bowl and prepare dough. Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes to give it a rest.
- Now knead the dough properly and cover it with moist cloth for half an hour.
- Mix finely chopped vegetables like broccoli, French beans, cabbage, carrot, salt and black pepper powder.
- Prepare puri from the above prepared dough and fill the stuffing in the puri and give it a shape of Dim sum.
- Steam dim sum in a wooden basket for 10 minutes.
- Boil soya sauce, water and grated ginger slice in a bowl for 10 minutes.
- Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and switch off the gas.
- Take the sauce in a bowl and serve with veg dim sum.
