  • Broccoli 1/2 cup
  • Green onion 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Carrot 1/2 cup
  • French beans 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoons
  • Grated ginger 1 teaspoons
  • Sesame seeds 1/4 cup
  • Sesame oil 1 teaspoons
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Hot water 1 1/2 cup
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Mix the all purpose flour and salt in a bowl and prepare dough. Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes to give it a rest.
  • Now knead the dough properly and cover it with moist cloth for half an hour.
  • Mix finely chopped vegetables like broccoli, French beans, cabbage, carrot, salt and black pepper powder.
  • Prepare puri from the above prepared dough and fill the stuffing in the puri and give it a shape of Dim sum.
  • Steam dim sum in a wooden basket for 10 minutes.
  • Boil soya sauce, water and grated ginger slice in a bowl for 10 minutes.
  • Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and switch off the gas.
  • Take the sauce in a bowl and serve with veg dim sum.
