Ingredients

  • Refined flour 2 cup
  • Boiled potato 2 cup
  • Frankie masala 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup

Instructions

  • Make a dough by mixing Refined Flour+salt+ water....we need smooth dough (keep it for 10-15 min)
  • (Frankie masala) 3 TSP red chilli powder+1 TSP turmeric powder+ 1/4 TSP hing+ 1 TSP black pepper powder + 1 TSP garam masala+ salt+ 2 TSP roasted cummin powder + 1 TSP coriander Powder ....( Mix them all together...your Frankie masala is ready)
  • Take a pan add 2 TSP oil in it...add fine chopped ginger and fine chopped garlic ...cook for 2-3 min
  • Add 2 tbsp chopped green chillies , chopped onion ...cook for 2-3 min
  • Add 2 tbsp chopped green chillies and 2 tbsp chopped onion ....cook it for 2-3 min. Add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and 1/2 cup tomato puree ..add 1 TSP red chilli powder+ salt+ 1/2 TSP garam masala+ 1/8 TSP turmeric powder + 2 TSP Frankie masala....
  • Now add boiled and mashed potatoes...mix all together well.....lastly add 1 TSP amchoor powder....take it off from heat
  • Make a chapati out of dough ...take a tawa and half cook it with adding few drops of oil...
  • ( For assembling ) Put That half cooked chapati in a plate ..make a long cutlet out of potato mixture...put that cutlet on one side of chapati
  • Add some mayonnaise on the cutlet and put some chopped onion on top, sprinkle some Frankie masala on cutlet and fold it like a roll...
  • Put that again on a heated tawa roast it from both the sides by adding few drops of oil....cook for 3-4 min.....ready to servešŸ˜
