  • Spinach 1 cup
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Potatoes 3 units
  • Tapakir flour 2 tablespoons
  • Crunched toast 1 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 tablespoons
  • Chilli paste 1 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoons
  • Cheese 1 cup
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • First boil the potatoes. boil the pea and spinach then strain the water from the peas and spinach and make a paste by crushing peas and spinach in a mixer
  • Mash the boiled potatoes and mash them then add this paste, then add salt, ginger, chilli paste, lemon juice, then add 2 teaspoons of tapkir and mix everything well.
  • Shape the prepared spices into cutlet rings, then dip the prepared cutlets in the toss and fry in hot oil, then garnish the cutlets with cheese.
