  • Cornflour 4 tablespoons
  • All purpose flour(maida) 5 tablespoons
  • Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Green chilli sauce 4 tablespoon
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 10
  • Spring onion 3
  • Carrot 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Cauliflower Half cup
  • Cabbiage Half cup
  • Salt As per taste
  • Oil For frying and cooking as needed

Instructions

  • 1st we prepare manchurian ball. For this take a bowl add 5 tablespoon all purpose flour + 4 tablespoon cornflour+all sauce+salt as per taste+all mention finally chopped veggie now mix it well without adding water as veggie will release water. Make a dough

Notes/Tips

Make a ball fry it. For gravy heat a little oil now put some galic ginger all vaggie in it fry for 2 min add all sauce cook for two min. Mix 2 tablespoon cornflour with half cup water now add this mixture into preparation add Maggie's masala now add water as gravy needed salt as per taste remember sauce nd maggie masala also have salt.now add manchurian ball in gravy .Cook for 3 min. Your manchurian is ready to eat now garnish it with spring green onion.
