  • Baby corn 6
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato large 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Curds Half cup
  • Cashew Handful
  • Capsicum Half
  • Peas Quarter cup
  • Butter 1tbsp
  • Maggi masala e magic Half pouch
  • Fredh cream 2tsp
  • Coriander 2tsp
  • Whole green chillies 2-3

Instructions

  • Take the veg like cauliflower, peas,baby corn,. Steam them. Grind to a paste onion,tomato,curds,cashew.keep aside Fry one onion,add jeera till it splitters,add the paste and dry masalas like turmeric, dhania pd,jeera pd.red chilli..let it cook on slow ,add
  • When oil seperates,add boiled veg.add fresh cream and butter.sprinkle MAGGI MASALA E MAGIC .GARNISH WI THE CORIANDER leaves. Serve with naan or paratha

Notes/Tips

Simmer on slow fire for quite sometime but stirring in between.MAGGI MASAL E MAGIC Gives a good taste n texture to a simple dish
